Kass is a graduate of Cebu Doctors’ University in the Philippines and is a registered speech language pathologist under the Philippine Association of Speech Pathologists. She has experience working with pediatric and geriatric clients across different settings — hospitals, paediatric clinics, community-based rehab centres, special education schools and assisted living facilities. 

For over a year, she has worked as a full-time speech therapist in a paediatric therapy clinic and provided weekly home-based therapy sessions for patients in the geriatric community. On weekends, she travels to a different province to provide speech therapy for clients living in far flung areas. 

Kass likes to be kept up to date with current trends and practices in the profession. In her free -time, she reads journals on evidence-based practices, explores the internet for resources and materials to use in therapy, and engages in discussions with fellow therapists to gain new insight on how to handle certain cases. With the need for speech therapists increasing, her goal is to provide quality service as much as she can, in any way that she can.
